摘要
采用实验法,将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、人参组、陈皮组、参陈配伍1~9组,观察人参配伍陈皮对正常小鼠游泳前后血清乳酸、游泳时间、睾丸指数的影响作用,并探究其最佳配伍比例或剂量。结果表明各组小鼠游泳前血清乳酸水平无差异性区别;与正常组比较,游泳后30min人参组、陈皮组、参陈(0:5:0.5)组、参陈(0.5:1.0)组、参陈(1.0:0.5)组小鼠血清乳酸水平明显降低;陈皮组、参陈(0.5:1.0)组、参陈(1.0:0.5)组延长了小鼠游泳时间(P<0.05);除参陈(0.5:1.0)组睾丸指数有下降趋势。其它各组均呈上升趋势,但无显著性差异。比较分析后,参(1.0):陈(0.5),即2:1可能是其最佳比例。
Using the method of experiment, 132 experimental male mice which are randomly divided into 12 groups: normal group, Radix Ginseng group, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae group and the combined groups ( nine groups totally ), To investigate the effect of the combined groups on the swimming time, serum lactic acid, index of testis and find the most sutible dose of the drugs.Which shows that compared with normal group, Radix Ginseng group, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae group and some of the combined groups can decrease the serum lactic acid after mice' s swimming, prolong the time of mice' s swimming time; and all have the tendency in promote the index of testis but the combined group ( 0.5 : 1.0 ) .The best ratio of the combination is 1.0 to 0.5 ( 2 : 1 ), it is better than used Radix Ginseng only.
