DHS治疗62例中老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of DHS Treatment for 62 Cases of Femur Intertrochanter Fracture in Middle and Old-aged

目的探讨动力髋螺钉(DHS)方法治疗中老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法在C臂X光机引导下,运用DHS方法治疗中老年人股骨粗隆间骨折62例。随访6个月至3年,平均13个月。结果骨折愈合,关节功能恢复良好。优52例、良好7例、差3例、优良率95%。结论DHS治疗中老年人股骨粗隆间骨折固定牢靠,减少卧床时间,预防并发症,利于早期功能锻炼。

Objective To investigate the effect of dynamic hip screw treatment for intertrochanter fracture of femur in middle and old aged. Methods The DSH method was adopt Under C arm X-ray machine guided to treat 62 cases of intertrochanter fracture of femur in middle and old-aged. All patients were follow-up visit for 6 months to 3 years, in average 13 months. Results Union of fracture and articulation function recovering were excellent 52 cases, good 7 cases, poor 3 cases effective rates was 95%. Conclusions DHS treatment for intertrochanter fracture of femur in the middle and old -aged was a promoting method and fixing firmly, reducing the time of lying in bed. It was useful to prevent complication and in early functional training.
