摘要
目的观察Dyract AP充填磨牙面非受力区的小型I类洞的临床疗效。方法50例109颗磨牙面非受力区小型I类洞患牙,备洞后以Dyract AP进行修复,于修复后1年、2年复查,采用改良USPHS系统评价其疗效。结果第1年无1例修复体脱落,固位率为100%,第2年1例修复体脱落,1例修复体因继发龋需重新修复,固位率为98.1%。其他指标均在临床满意范围内。结论Dyract AP修复磨牙面非受力区的小型I类洞临床效果较好,推荐临床使用。
Objective to evaluate the effectiveness of restoring occlusal small Class Ⅰ cavities in non stress bearing areas by Dyract AP. Methods Fifty cases of 109 molars with occlusal small Class Ⅰ cavities were restored by Dyract AP. All cavities were on non stress bearing areas. Evaluation was made with the modified USPHS evaluation criterion after restoration for 1 and 2 years. Results None of the restorations was lost and the retention rate was 100% at the end of 1 year. After 2 years, one restoration was lost and one had to be replaced due to caries adjacent to its margin, the retention rate was 98.1%. Other aspects were clinically acceptable. Conclusions Dyract AP is a kind of ideal material for repairing occlusal small Class Ⅰ cavities of molars.
