浅谈新形势下成人高校学籍档案的管理和利用

On the Management and Utilization of School Rolls at Adult Institutes of Higher Learning in the New Situation

随着我国市场经济体制和高校教育体制改革的深入,成人高校办学模式发生了显著的变化,对成人高校的学籍档案的收集、保管和利用等,也提出了更新更高的要求。文章试图从成人高校的档案的特点、学籍档案收集的原则、改进档案工作水平的方法、档案的利用等方面作为切入点,探讨新形势下成人高校学籍档案的管理和利用问题。

The running mode of adult institutes of higher learning has changed markedly with the reforms of market economy and higher education system, which calls for high and new demands of collection, management and utilization of school rolls. In light of this, the paper explores the issues of management and utilization of school rolls at adult institutes of higher learning in the new situation from the aspect of features, collection principle, improvement, and utilization of school rolls.
