摘要
目的检测CD_(44)V_6在胃癌及癌前组织的表达,并分析其与临床病理学及患者生存的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测92例胃癌及30例正常胃黏膜组织中CD_(44)V_6的表达。结果CD_(44)V_6与胃癌的发生、分化程度及侵袭转移密切相关,CD_(44)V_6阳性表达与胃癌患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤组织的大小及病理类型均无显著相关性(P＞0．05)。结论CD_(44)V_6的表达与胃癌临床生物学行为有密切的关系,通过对胃癌发生、发展及转移中CD_(44)V_6的表达,为探讨胃癌等恶性肿瘤发病机理以及为临床诊断和治疗提供有益的帮助。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD44V6 in gastric cancer and precancerous tissue and analyze its relationship with clinical pathology as well as survival rate of patients. Method The expression of CD44V6 in 92 gastric cancer patients and 30 people with normal gastric mucosa tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of CD44V6 was closely correlated with pathogenesis, differentiation and metastasis of gastric cancer, but not correlated with patients＇ sex, age, size of tumor and types of tumor pathology （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion There is close relationship between the expression of CD44V6 and biological behavior of gastric cancer. By analyzing the expression of CD44V6 in occurrence, development and metastasis of gastric cancer, doctors will find cancer earlier and probe into its pathogenesis, and it will be a beneficial assistance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer in the future.
