充填浮选柱捕收区流体混合模型参数的估计

Parameter Estimation of Fluid Mixing Model for the Recovery Zone of Packed Flotation Column

通过δ（０）脉冲示踪法，采用微机在线检测充填浮选柱捕收区的实验数据，应用一维轴向扩散模型（ＡＤＰＦ模型）和多级槽列模型（Ｔａｎｋｓ－ｉｎ－Ｓｅｒｉｅｓ模型），探讨了不同的参数估计方法拟合情况，并给出了捕收区混合模型参数的关联式。

n this paper several different parameter estimation methods are compared to axially dispressed plug flow model and tanks-in-series model for the recovery zone of packed flotation column, and the computer on-line techniques have been applied to analysis of residence time distribution data obtained by means of impulse trace method. The model parameters are shown to be related to the operation parameter Jg and construction parameter Hc/D.
