摘要
将步进电机完善地与液压阀进行耦合,这是设计数字(比例,伺服)阀的关键环节。它不仅关系到数字阀的工作性能,而且还涉及到可靠性与合理价格等问题。步进电机通常产生旋转增量运动,而液压主阀芯靠直线运动改变其与阀口的缝隙,从而实现对液压参数的控制。本文就数字阀及其有关的电/机转换接口和微机控制系统进行探求。
It is the key to design digital valves that stepping motor is perfectly coupled in hydraulic valves. Stepping motor generally makes rotative incrcase motion,and main spool does linear motion to change its lap with valve ports in order to realize the control for hydraulic parrameters. Some studies of digital valve and its E/M interface ,and relevant to control system are made in the paper.
