In the Northeast China, the banditry histories are not certainly. According to the detail information in the North- east China, Chen Yun proposed a trinity strategic mission--＂founding an armed force, bandit＇s suppression and mobilizing the populace＂. The victory of northeast bandits suppression had made our army,our party and our people in good relationships. At the same time, it enormously consolidated our army＇s strategic rear area and made a positive contribution to the China liberation. Also it accumulated the precious experience and the lesson.
