应用多种肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测肺癌的价值探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨多种肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统对肺癌的诊断价值。方法用该检测系统测定130例肺癌患者,78例肺良性病变患者血清中12种肿瘤标志物(CD199,NSE,CEA,CA242,CA125,CA153,AFP,ferritin,free-PSA,PSA,β-HCG及HCG)的水平。结果肺癌组的阳性率显著高于良性肺病组(66.15%vs32.05%,χ2=22.78,P<0.01);肺癌组中CEA的阳性率最高为47.7%。结论多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统在肺良、恶性病变的鉴别诊断中有较高的应用价值。 Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of multiple tumor marker protein bioehip detective system for lung cancer. Methods The serum levels of 12 tumor markers, including CA199, NSE, CEA, CA242, CA125, CA152, AFP, ferritin free-PSA, PSA, I3-HCG and HCG, were measured in 130 lung cancer patients and in 78 patents with benign pulmonary lesion. Results The positive rate of patients with lung cancer was significantly higher than that of patients with benign lesion : 66. 15%, vs. 32. 05%, X^2 = 22. 78, P 〈0. 001 ). The positive rate of CEA (47. 7% ) was the highest in lung cancer group. Conclusion. Multiple tumor marker protein biochip detective system has high reliable practical value in differentiating diagnosis of benign and malignant lung lesion patients.
