胸腺肽联合MVP方案化疗对肺非小细胞癌患者近期生存质量的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的研究胸腺肽联合MVP方案化疗对肺癌患者生存质量的影响。方法30例肺非小细胞癌(NSCLC)住院患者均采用MVP方案化疗,随机分为实验组(使用胸腺肽)和对照组,化疗前、化疗结束时(第2周)采用肺癌患者生存质量量表FACT-L中文版(V4.0)进行评估,行比较分析。结果实验组评分数下降值为3.35±4.16,对照组评分数下降值为-2.27±5.77,两者有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论胸腺肽能够改善MVP方案化疗的肺非小细胞癌患者近期生存质量。
