急性提取成年小鼠心肌细胞的方法

A method about the acute extraction of mice cardiomyocytes

目的:目前常用离体心脏灌注法提取心肌细胞,但小鼠的心脏体积较小,难度较大,因此作者通过实验获得一种简易提取成年小鼠心肌细胞的方法。方法:脱臼处死小鼠后,通过胰酶、胶原酶消化提取小鼠心肌细胞。结果:用酶解法可获得大量的高质量的心肌细胞且细胞存活率不低于90%。结论:酶解法提取细胞是一种简单、快速获得成年小鼠心肌细胞的可行办法。

Objective： To obtain a simple method of extracting cardiomyocytes in mice by enzymes because cardiomyocytes isolated by Langendorff Perfusion were too small to be used. Methods： After mice died, mice cardiomyocytes were isolated by enzymes. Results： We may acquire amount of cells on the basis of this way and survival rate of mice cardiomyocytes was not less than 90%. Conclusion： It is a successful method of cardiomyocytes isolation.
