摘要
文章主要运用弹塑性力学的基础理论,说明轴类零件弹塑性弯曲的基本原理以及压点式反弯校直方法的基本原理。给出反弯校直过程中的力参数、工艺参数和结构参数的计算方法。并通过实验和数值计算加以验证。对开发全自动液压校直机有一定的指导意义。
The paper explains the basic principles of shaftkind′s elastic piastic bending and op bending straightening by using the basic theory of elastic plastic mechanics. The computation method for the parameters of mechanics, technology and structure in op bending straightening are derived.And these parameters have been proved by experiments and numerical computation. It can be used to direct the design of the automatic hydraulic straightening press.
