摘要
根据狄拉克理论和麦克斯韦方程组引入电荷－磁单极系统电磁场的矢势和标势。
The vector potential and scalar potential of the magnetic field of the magnetic unipolar particle system is developed from Driac's theory and Maxwell equations, and the Delambre's equation and its solution are derived.
