摘要
采用稀土永磁NdFeB材料作为电机转子励磁源,通过合理设计电机的牵入转矩和起动转矩.并经投入样机试制,研制成功高效率、高功率因数、可自起动的永磁同步电动机,不仅可应用于纺织行业.还可以适用于石油化纤工业的变频同步运行的场合.是一种高节能电机。
Rare-Earth PM NdFeB is used to be the material for traolitional roter in an induction motor as excitation source, the prototypes of PMSM have been successfully made with high efficiency, high power factor and the characteristic of self-starting by means of design the darwin torque and start torque reasenably. These PMSMS can be not ohly used in textile industry bust also in the condition of freqaencyvarying synchronons operation in chemical-fabric industry.They belong to highly energy-saved machines.
