摘要
文章利用计算机对原系统的线速度状况进行分析,指出其在卷染期间无法实现恒线速度调节,同时提出新型控制模型,并利用单片机技术对整个系统的软件,硬件进行设计。通过现场调试,测试比较,给出新老设备之间的性能差异,同时验证了本系统可满足性能指标的要求。
After analysing the speed of old system on the computer,we point out that the system can not realize adjustment of constant speed in the process of dye-bleaching and put forward to a newly control model,then design a set of systematic software and microcomputer interface circuits with single-chip micracomputer technology.By means of practical adjustment and measure,we find differences between old system and new system,then test and verify that new system may meet the index of function.
