废5A分子筛填充聚丙烯性能的研究

STUDY ON POLYPROPYRENE BY FILLING WASTE 5A MOLECULAR SIEVES

在５Ａ分子筛是分子筛脱蜡工艺中的一种废弃物，利用其失活后形成的表面特性，可制备改性填充剂。实验结果表明，经低温处理后的废５Ａ分子筛可以直接用于聚丙烯塑料填充剂，其填充体系可在较高填充量时获得良好的机械性能。

The waste 5A molecular sieves is a scrap material which produced in dewaxingprocess.Modified filler can be prepared by using the surface charasteristic which formed after deactivation.The results of experiment show that the waste molecular sieves after low temperature treatment may be directly used in polypeopyrene as a filler.This fill system has good mechanical properties when it fills a large amounts of filer.
