铁岭电厂循环冷却水采用城市污水处理厂中水应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 铁岭电厂自投产以来,一直以柴河水库地表水为冷却水水源。目前柴河水库出现了严重的短缺状况。铁岭电厂二期工程投产后,电厂冷却水用量预计增加5万t,将进一步加重柴河水库水资源短缺状况。铁岭市污水处理厂每天向辽河排放中水7万t。该中水经深度处理后水质和水量均可满足铁岭电厂用水要求,应用后每年可增加经济效益650万元,每天可减少废水排放量5万t,可少向辽河排放SS1.1t,少排放氨氮1.38t(按设计规模)。因此,该项目在技术、经济、环境三方面均具有可行性。 Since running and putting into production, Tieling Power Plant has been using the surface water of Chai River Reservior as the source of cooling water. At present the water of Chai River Reservior has been in (the brink of resource depletion) serious short condition. After the second phase of Tieling Power Plant Project put into production, the cooling water amount is supposed to increase 50 thousand tons. So it will further worsen the short situation of water resource. 70 thousand tons waste water discharges into Liao River from Tieling Soweage Treatment Factory per day. Through profound treatment the quality and quantity of the waste water both can meet the requirement of the water used by Tieling Power Plant. After adoptingit, the economic benefit of 6.5 million yuan will increase. 50 thousand tons of waste water per day will decrease 1.1 tons of seston discharging into Liao River will decrease. And 1.38 tons of ammonia nitrogen will be cut down. Therefore this project is feasible in respect of technology, economy and environment.
