用ABR处理中药废水的实践

On Application of ABR Process to the Treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater from the process of traditional Chinese medicine production

文中对ABR反应器处理中药废水的效果及运行特性进行了研究。研究表明,在实验范围内,反应器的COD去除率在79%以上,即使在有机负荷为5.05kg COD/(m3.d)时,COD去除率也可以达到75%以上;当水力停留时间为24h,提高有机负荷ABR反应器的COD去除率先升高后降低;BOD5/COD的比值可达0.50。

Study on the effect of ABR reactor on treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater from the process of traditional Chinese medicine production was conducted, the results shows that the rate of COD elimination by ABR reactor was upper than 79 percentage in lab condition, even though under the condition of organic mater load being 5.05 kg COD/（m^3·d）, the rate of COD elimination exceeded 75 percentage, under the condition of residence duration being 24 h, the rate of COD elimination in earlier phase was higher in later phase with ratio of BOD/COD being 0.50.
