用二次干涉法在LiNbO_3:Fe晶体中构造准周期结构光子晶格 被引量:5

Fabricating Qusi-periodical Photonic Lattices in LiNbO_3:Fe crystalusing Second-interference Method

摘要 在用干涉法制作一维光子晶格的实验中,我们利用二次干涉的方法在LiNbO3:Fe晶体中成功地制作了2种空间周期的准周期结构光子晶格,并给出了定量的数学描述。这对准周期光折变光子晶格的制作是非常有意义的。 In the experiment of fabricating one-dimension photonic lattices in LiNbO3 : Fe crystal using interference method, We fabricated triumphantly the qusi-periodical photonic lattices that contain two kinds of spacial period in LiNbO3 : Fe crystal using second-interference method ,and described quantificationally by the mathematic theory. It is significative to fabricating the qusi-periodical photorefrective photonic lattices.
