工业以太网变送器的一种简易实现方法

摘要 作为标准以太网协议在工业过程控制系统中的延伸,工业以太网协议已被IEC列入现场总线标准并发布,得到了迅速的发展和应用。基于各种工业以太网协议的现场设备也成为了研究的重点。介绍了一种基于MC9S12NE64微处理器的变送器系统,利用其集成的以太网模块、μC/OS-II嵌入式操作系统和公开代码TCP/IP协议栈,以较低的价格和功耗,满足工业以太网总线协议。 As the extension of standard Ethernet protocol in industrial process control system, industrial Ethernet protocol has been accepted by IEC as the new fieldbus protocol and published, as well as rapidly developed and used. Field devices with different industrial Ethernet protocol are also developed quickly. The transmitter system based on MC9S12NE64 microprocessor is presented. By adopting integrated Ethernet module, μC/OS -Ⅱ embedded OS, and TCP/IP stacks in microprocessor, the system meets industrial Ethernet protocol with lower cost and power consumption.
