摘要
基于涡街流量传感器的非线性误差是由其检测机理所决定的,采用AT89C51单片机作智能部件,将试验曲线先固化在流量计的EPROM中,让用户结合现场具体工况,通过键盘输入校正系数,实现对涡传感器的非线性修正,拓宽了涡街流量计的应用范围,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
Since the nonlinear error of vortex-shedding sensor depends on its detection mechanism, by using AT89C51 single chip computer as intelligent component, the experimental curves are firmed into EPROM of the flowmeter, combining with specific operating condition, the user may enter correction coettqcient through keyboard on site, thus nonlinear correction is implemented to vortex sensor. With this method, the applicable scope of the flowmeter is widened and excellent results are obtained in practical applications.
