Research on the Strategies Factors and the Cooperation Synergy among the Enterprises in Supply Chains

文章运用战略协同的理论和生命周期方法,研究供应链中企业合作协同的内外部战略影响因素,并对合作过程的初步阶段、熟悉阶段、稳定阶段及后阶段(放弃阶段或长期持续阶段)四个合作协同阶段的形态变化及各阶段的要素、特点、存在的问题及相应对策做了深入分析。

By means of strategy synergy theory and cycle - life method,it studies on interior and exterior strategies factors and deeply analyzes the disciplinatioan and characters of four cooperation synergy stages - preliminary stage, familiar stage, stability stage and post - cooperation stage（quit or length sustaining） among the enterprises cooperation process and changing forms in supply chains, especially the other elements, characteristics and problems.
