摘要 最近的研究表明,Ser/Thr蛋白激酶不只存在于真核生物中,而且也存在于结核分枝杆菌体内。它们构成结核分枝杆菌的信号转导系统,与结核分枝杆菌在宿主体内和体外的生存密切相关。因此,这一信号转导系统可能成为研制新型抗结核药物的靶点。本文就Ser/Thr蛋白激酶信号转导系统及相关蛋白激酶的特征与功能进行了综述。 It was reported that Ser/Thr protein kinases (STPKs) not only exist in eukaryote, but in Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb). They comprise a signal transduction pathway in Mtb which plays a key role in the survival of Mtb in vitro and/or in vivo. Thus, they might act as new targets that can be interrupted by antituberculosis drugs. The current status of the researches on the signal transduction system, the properties and functions of the STPKs in mycobacteria were reviewed in this article.
