水泥工业清洁生产评价指标体系权重的研究

Study on weighting of assessment target system for clean production in cement industry

以《水泥工业清洁生产技术规范》为基础,将水泥工业生产中各评价指标利用层次分析法进行分析,确定各评价指标在水泥工业清洁生产中所占的地位。将水泥工业清洁生产评价指标划分为五大类四十项。权重分析法分析结果得出,水泥熟料热耗、水泥综合电耗两项评价指标的最终权重值远高于其他指标权重值,水泥和熟料质量、水泥窑等颗粒物排放限值及水泥窑等SO_2排放限值各项评价指标的最终权重也均高于同类其他指标。

Based on'Technical Code for Clean Production in Cement Industry',and using sequential analysis method,various assessment targets for cement manufacturing are analyzed and distinguished for their different importance in clean cement production.The various assessment targets for clean cement production can be differentiated to five catalogues and forty items.From analysis of weighting method,the final weighted values of clinker heat consumption and cement comprehensive power consumption are far more higher than that of other targets, and the final weighted values of targets like cement and clinker quality,dust and SO_2 emission restriction for kiln etc.,are also higher than that of other targets in similar kinds.
