生料磨辊面磨损的经济性评价

摘要 随着辊面磨损量的增加,生料磨的平均台时产量有所下降,同时单位电耗增加,研磨效率降低,特别是辊面磨损过大时(>80 mm),应避免高电耗状态运行。根据辊面的磨损量,科学适时选择磨辊衬板更换时机,及时更换磨损的衬板,避免过度磨损而造成衬板报废,应更为合理经济。由Ni-hardⅣ合金镍铸铁制作的磨辊衬板在磨损后改用KSW焊丝堆焊修复,提高磨辊衬板的使用寿命4倍以上。利用生料磨辊面的磨损规律,采用堆焊修复的方法,延长了磨辊辊面的磨损初期、中期和后期,生料磨可分段按磨损规律优化生产操作,杜绝在辊面过度磨损期使用,达到节约电力的目的。 With increasing of roller surface wear,the average grinding capacity of raw mill will reduced to some extent together with specific power consumption increase and grinding efficiency diminution.Operation in high power consumption due to over- wearing of roller surface(>80 mm)should he avoided.It is more economical to exchange worn lining plates in time depending on roller surface worn degree and to avoid lining plate scrapping because of over-wearing.After the roller lining plates made of Ni- hard IV were worn,their service life can be prolonged 4 times in case repaired by bead weld with KSW welding wire.Following the worn pattern of roller surface,we can extend wearing life for initial,intermediate and late wearing stage of roller surface by method of bead weld repairing.Optimized operation of raw mill according to different periodical wearing pattern can be reached and running in over-wearing status can be avoided for the purpose of electric power saving.
