摘要
研制了中等功率型锂离子蓄电池,对电极材料、电解液体系的选择及电池的制备与化成进行了研究,并进行了一系列电池性能的测试试验。试验结果表明,中等功率型锂离子蓄电池的额定容量为24Ah,比功率达到452W/kg,比能量达到123Wh/kg,4C放电倍率特性良好。在过充、短路、针刺、挤压试验过程中不起火、不爆炸,安全可靠性高。2C放电循环100次后容量为初始容量的91%,能够满足对电池中等倍率放电的要求。
Moderate power lithium ion battery was manufactured. The selection of the electrode materials, the electrolyte system, and the preparation and formation of battery were researched. A series of tests about battery performances were carried out. The results show that nominal capacity is 24 Ah, power density is up to 452 W/kg and energy density reaches 123 Wh/kg, it has good feature for 4 C discharge rate. The product will never fire and explosion in the process of overcharge, short circuit, nail and impact tests, the product has high reliability. Remain about 91% initial capacity after 100 cycles at 2 C, which can meet the demand of battery for discharging at moderate rate.
