受精素β基因mRNA在绵羊睾丸组织中的表达
摘要
利用RT-PCR法和原位杂交技术,研究受精素βmRNA在睾丸和附睾中的表达特征。结果显示,受精素βmRNA只有在睾丸组织中表达,并且主要分布在精细管上皮圆形精细胞中,而附睾不同部位均无表达。上述结果表明,受精素βmRNA是睾丸特异性表达的精子膜蛋白。
