摘要
1997年在山西省农科院作物遗传研究所棉花试验田发现1株天然变异双铃短果枝鸡脚叶光籽棉,采用系选法,从中又发现不同株型、不同叶型、不同铃型、不同籽型的基因突变型分离株。经过试验观察,其遗传稳定性,从而选育出双铃光籽一体的2001—<67优质棉新品系,成为我国独特的珍贵的种质资源。经遗传分析,利用双铃光籽的指示性状,提供杂种优势利用,简化制种工序,从而开创棉花增产的新途径。
Neked- seed cotton with double -ball and short fruit blanch was identified in 1997. Through selection many plants with different plant types, leat types, ball types and seed types were identified. Thoroug test and survey, selected neked - seed and double - ball 2001- 〈7^6 llne. This is a valuable species resource. Through genetic analysis, utilization index shape of double - ban and naked - seed may start new way to increase production of cotton.
