摘要
服务生产率问题是服务管理理论的研究前沿。本文在对传统生产率与饭店服务生产率进行对比后,提出了研究饭店服务生产率的必要性,并构建了饭店服务生产率框架模型。针对饭店产品的特性,本文还提出了饭店提高服务生产率的几点建议,以期望对服务生产率的研究和实践有所帮助。
Service productivity is a front topic in service management theory. This paper compares traditional productivity to hotel service productivity, puts forwards the necessity of research on hotel service productivity, and then builds a service productivity model for hotel industry. According to the specialty of hotel product, this paper offers several advices on improving hotel service productivity to help it's research and practice.
