摘要
国有企业高层管理团队是国有企业的核心和灵魂,关系到国企的可持续发展。针对国有企业经营管理实践、体制环境和文化的前提下,研究的突破点就是要基于人力资本的视角,从TMT能力、努力水平、价值定价和人力资本产权的界定等因素,探讨影响国有企业TMT绩效的权变因素及其变化对TMT治理绩效的影响、TMT的治理绩效评价指标体系的建立、评价主体的确认、评价基准与等级等系统要素的动态影响机制的内在机理关系,将是一个创新的研究思路。
Top Management Team (TMT), the core and soul of state -owned enterprises, affect the sustainable development of enterprises. On the premise of the management practice in state -owned enterprise, the system environment and the culture, the breakthrough in this domain is the human capital perspectives such as TMT' s ability, endeavor, value setting and human capital property right defining. Base on these perspectives, we can discusses the dynamic effect of the internal setting of the evaluating indexes system on TMT performance, the affirming of the evaluating objects, evaluating principle and rate, and also the changing factor and it' s changes of the TMT performance in state - owned enterprise.
