摘要 介绍了一种基于TOP224Y三端离线式PWM集成芯片的反激式开关稳压电源;分析了TOP224Y的特性和工作原理,设计了一款功率20W,输出+15V的单片开关电源,对系统输入整流滤波电路、高频变压器、箝位保护电路、输出整流滤波电路及反馈电路五个部分进行了详细的分析,并按照指标要求,进行了实际参数值计算、器件的选取与电路设计;最后,给出了该电源输出实验波形及整体性能分析;实验证明:该开关稳压电源效率高、纹波小、输出电压稳定,性能优良,适合于仪器仪表的控制用电。 A fly-back switching power supply based on TOP224Y is presented. Firstly, the principle and characteristics of rids Single-chip switching power supply are analyzed. A single-chip switching power supply is designed according to the features of the chip which output power is 20W and output voltage is +15V. Second, the external circuits of system include five parts, these are input rectifier-filter circuit, high frequency transformer, damp-protect circuit, output rectifier-filter circuit and feedback circuit. According the design requirements, the detailed analysis of the five parts is presented, calculation of the values of the parameters and selection of the components are provided. At last, output voltage wave and the analysis of the whole electrical character are given. The test result shows the power supply have high efficiency, low ripple, stability output voltage and excellent electrical characteristics, and be used as control power supply of instruments and meters.
