摘要
This study gives the definition of integrity basing on the analyses of literature. The essay also presents the character- istic of teams and virtual teams and indicates the different between them. The maim purpose of the study is to analyze the importance of integrity in virtual teams and try to find the indirect effect of integrity to virtual teams. Several strategies and suggestions are put forward in the last of the essay.
