摘要
传统加速度测试系统从传感器、温度偏移纠正电路、放大电路到数据采集各设备往往都是孤立的,不便于携带并受到测试空间的限制。本文设计了一种利用单片机集成系统进行数据采集与传输的软件编程方案。系统硬件结构的设计方面,分为传感器电路模块和单片机主控模块。系统软件的编写方面,采用模块化设计思想,对数据采集、指令采集、数据传输子程序进行了设计。设计时采用了一定的抗干扰技术进一步提高了系统的稳定性。
The components of traditional acceleration test system from accclcrometcr, temperature compensation electric enlarge circuit to data acquisition unit are all stand alone .It is taken with discommodiously for people and subjected to the measuring space. A acceleration measuring system using single-chip microcomputer to gather and deliver data is given in this paper. The hardware of the system includes acceleration unit and single chip microcomputer control unit. The software part adopts modularization methods. The soft programs of all the parts of the system are design for example of data acquisition, instruction acquisition, data transmission Some anti-jamming methods are adopted to further increase the stability of the system in the design.
