摘要 分布式供能系统的应用具有很好的经济性及环保性,但同时需要对系统的运行进行精心设计,以保证能量的长期供需平衡。该文在“分时电价”的政策下,研究了一个由联合循环机组、吸收式制冷机、压缩式制冷机、蓄冷器组成的冷电联供系统的运行优化问题。采用外推近似法对优化问题进行求解,以日综合运行经济效益最高为目标函数,在满足给定冷负荷的基础上,确定优化的运行模式,并对蓄冷器的使用对系统的运行策略和经济性带来的影响进行了研究。算例计算结果表明,在“分时电价”的政策下,蓄冷器的使用增加了系统的运行灵活性,能带来较大的经济效益。计算也验证了优化运行方法的有效性。 The introduction of distributed cogeneration system represents of significant economical and environmental benefits. However, planning of the energy system needs laborious tasks when considering the long term equilibrium between energy demand and supply. The system operational planning of a cogeneration system composed of a gas-steam combined cycle, an absorption chiller, a compressed chiller, and a cold storage was investigated under the "time of use" electric rate structure. Adopting the outer approximation algorithm to solve the optimum problem, while taking the daily total income as the objective function to be maximized, the optimal plant operational policy was determined based on the precondition of fulfilling the cooling demand requirements. The effects of the use of cold storage on the operational policy and economic characteristic were also investigated. The computational results of an example indicate that, under the "time of use" electric rate structure, using the cold storage enhances the system flexibility and shows economic advantage. The validity and effectiveness of the proposed method are also verified.
