摘要
基于热力系统结构矩阵,通过严密的数学推导,给出了定流量条件下抽汽压损对机组热经济性影响的计算模型。该计算模型针对不同型式的加热器进行了讨论,并给出了具体的数学表达式,应用时不需要单独计算压损变化对锅炉吸热量的影响。同时该模型全面考虑了热力系统的结构特点及辅助汽水系统,真实反映了压损给机组带来的热经济性影响,为火电机组节能降耗以及热力系统定量分析提供了理论依据。以600MW机组为例进行了算例分析,表明应用该模型在对电厂进行热经济性分析与计算时快速、准确性较高。该模型具有较强的通用性,在电厂热经济性的在线监测系统中有广泛的应用价值。
Based on the structural matrix of thermodynamic system, a calculation model for the influence of extraction steam pressure loss on thermal economy of unit was derived by strict deduction and demonstration. Discussions and mathematic equations for different heater types were given in the calculation model. The model can be used without calculating the change of boiler heat absorption. Considering the steam-water auxiliary system and the structural characteristics of thermodynamic system, the model really reflects the influence of extraction steam pressure loss on the unit. It also provides a new method for coal-fired power unit's energy conservation analysis and thermodynamic system quantitative analysis. Through the calculation of the 600 MW unit, the results indicate that the application of the model on thermoeconomic analysis is convenient and exact. What is more, the model has stronger versatility and generality, and has a broad application in the on-line monitoring system of power plant.
