摘要
杭州地处夏热冬冷地区,夏天热、冬天冷,住宅室内热环境普遍不佳。故以杭州地区居住建筑设计状况为背景,调查了杭州市区城市居民近几年的用电量情况,对该市居住建筑的能耗现状做出了大致评价,以此作为推广住宅节能措施和政策的依据。
Hangzhou is situated in the hot-summer and cold-winter region, with typical characteristic of climate diversification： hot in summer and cold in winter, Indoor physical environment are not satisfacted at large in hangzhou, which has embarrassed the economic development seriously.With the background of the Hangzhou residential construction status, this paper investigated hundreds of Hangzhou residents electric power consumption and analyzed the characteristic and index of it, which offering the information for driving the building energy-efficiency technologies and policy.
