摘要
垃圾运送车拉臂系统的传统设计大都采用类比法或经验取值法,限制了产品性能的进一步提高,已不能适应高速发展的城市垃圾清运工程。采用动力学仿真软件ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System)建立了垃圾运送车拉臂系统的仿真模型,并进行优化设计。优化结果表明,该设计性能良好,符合垃圾清运车辆密封化、大型化的发展趋势,同时缩短了设计周期,节约了产品成本,对同类产品的开发设计具有较好的指导意义。
The traditional design of pulling arm system of garbage transportation vehicle was mostly adopting analog method or value adoption from experience, therefore it restricted the further enhancement of product property and could not suit the rapid development of garbage cleaning away project in the city. By adopting the dynamics simulation software ADAMS this paper established a simulation model for the pulling arm system of garbage transportation vehicle and carried out the optimization design. The result of optimization indicated that this design is good in performance, and according with the sealing up and large scaled developing trends of garbage cleaning away vehicle, and shortened the designing period and economized product cost at the same time. This product possesses rather good guiding significance for the development of similar products.
