摘要
根据误差等分原则,提出了大齿轮铣削加工的数字化精度公式,并应用该公式及C++语言,计算出能保证加工精度的最小插补点数,用归纳法总结实例的加工程序,得出参数化加工源程序框架,并用VB和机床编程语言成功地设计出齿轮CAD/CAM参数化加工软件。该软件具有虚拟制造的齿形设计、加工仿真、生成并保存G代码等功能。使用该软件加工特大齿轮,在数控铣床上比在普通铣床上所需编程时间减少,提高了加工精度、生产率和良品率。
In accordance with the principle of error equal division, the digitalized precision formula for the milling processing of large gears was put forward, and by applying this formula and C++ language to calculate by computer the least number of interpolation points that could ensure the machining accuracy. Sum up the machining procedure of cases by induction method to obtain the parameterized frame of machining source program and go a step further using the VB and programming language of machine tools to designing out successfully the CAD/CAM parameterized machining software of gears. This software possesses functions of flank profile design, machining simulation, generating and saving the G code of virtual manufacturing. Utilizing this software in the machining of extralarge gears by the use of numerical controlled milling machine could reduce time of programming, enhance machining accuracy, increase productivity and rate of qualified products than those using the ordinary milling machine.
