摘要
中关村软件园光盘结构属车辐式双层索系,其中含径向索、斜拉索和缆风索共288根。首先进行了考虑几何非线性和初始缺陷的整体稳定计算,进而从稳定计算角度介绍了各类钢索张拉施工顺序的确定过程。整个张拉步骤共分为163步,介绍了钢索张拉的具体步骤,分步进行张拉施工模拟验算的具体方法及采用的工装设备。钢索张拉顺利完成,最终误差控制在5%以内,证明了施工模拟分析的正确性。
The structural style of the disk canopy in Beijing software park is rung double deck cable system, in which 288 cables are adopted including radial cables, hanger cables and stabilizing cables. Buckling analysis considering geometry nonlinear and initial defection is done, and the tensioning sequence for cables is confirmed according to the buckling analysis. The tensioning process is divided into 163 steps. The concrete steps for tensioning, the methods used for construction simulation and the equipments used are introduced. The tensioning of the cables is finished and the error is controlled in 5 %, which verifies the correctness of the construction simulation.
