摘要
合肥体育中心跨度大、造型独特,对结构设计提出了一些特殊要求,如大平台的抗裂,大悬挑钢结构风振的被动控制、大跨预应力钢桁架的设计及如何实现钢结构的轻巧等。在网架开口边的桁架梁里设置阻尼器,减弱由于风振引起的效应,减小了开口边的厚度。经过计算及试验,在风荷载作用下能减少35%的位移。在屋脊主桁架中施加预应力,有利于钢结构的施工起拱,加大了屋盖刚度,减小了弦杆管径及壁厚,降低了用钢量。介绍了合肥综合馆的基础设计、混凝土主体设计、风洞试验及大跨空间钢屋盖的设计。
Because of the large span and particular shape of the Hefei gym center, some special demands are required such as the anti-crack of the large plate, vibration controlling of large cantilever structure, design of large span prestress steel truss aiming at legerity. The damper is used in the truss beam and the wind load effect is diminished. The prestress is applied in the roof fastigium main truss and the roof rigidity is increased. The foundation design, concrete main structure deisgn, wind tunnel test and space steel roof design are introduced.
