灯盏花素治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Brevisca Pine in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨灯盏花素注射液在急性脑梗死治疗中的疗效。方法选择88例急性脑梗死患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组各44例,治疗组给予灯盏花素注射液20mg,iv gtt,qd;对照组给予丹参注射液16ml,iv gtt,qd,共14d。治疗前后比较2组患者神经功能缺损评分的变化并检测血脂、血液流变学指标。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组血清TC、TG、Fbg及血粘度较对照组显著下降(P<0.01)。结论灯盏花素注射液临床观察疗效满意,且无明显不良反应,治疗急性脑梗死有效。

Objective To observe the curative effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction with Brevisca Pine. Methods We selected 88 confirmed cases of acute cerebral infarction. The subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups： In the control group there were 44 cases who were treated with dextran-40 500ml plus red sage root injection 16ml ivgtt qd× 14d. In the trial group there were 44 cases who were treated with Brevisca Pine 20rag ivgtt bid× 14d. We examined the changes in defect degree of the nervous function and the indexes of blood fat and rheology before and after 14d treatment. Results The general effective rate was significantly higher and the indexes of blood rheology were more lower in the trial group than in the control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The curative effect of Brevisca Pine is satisfactory without any toxic and side effects. These results suggest that Brevisca Pine is an effective and safe medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
