摘要
介绍了以三氟氯乙烯-乙烯基醚为基体的热固性氟粉末涂料的研制过程,讨论了在涂料配方设计中选择固化剂和固化反应催化剂、耐冲击剂、消泡剂、流平剂等助剂时容易出现的问题与解决方法,检测了制备的热固性氟粉末涂料的各项理化性能。
This article has briefly described the cholorotrifluoroethylene - vinyl ether based thermoset fluorocarbon powder coatings, and discussed the problems and reslutions to selection of curing agent and additives including curing catalyst, impact resistant improver, defoamer, and leveling agent, etc during the formulation design. The physical and chemical properties of thermoset fluorocarbon powder coatings are tested. Its applications are simply given.
