人肾上腺皮质癌SW-13细胞株的培养和生物学特性

Observation on biological characteristics of human adrenocortical carcinoma SW-13 cell lines cultured in vitro

摘要 目的探讨人肾上腺皮质癌SW-13细胞株的培养方法及生物学特性。方法将SW-13细胞株进行体外培养,MTT法检测其生长曲线,电镜下、光镜下进行细胞形态学观察。结果细胞需在37℃,无CO2,偏碱性环境下培养,6—8h完全贴壁,2d左右进入对数生长期。细胞生物学性状稳定。结论SW-13细胞株是一种生物学特性稳定、实用的细胞株,相信随着研究的进一步深入,其必将发挥更大的作用价值,有着更广的研究领域。 Objective To evaluate the culture method and biological characteristics of human adrenocortical carcinoma SW-13 cell lines. Methods SW-13 cell lines were cultured in vitro. We observed the shape and structure of the cells with optical and electro microscope. The growth curve of SW-13 cell lines was obtained by means of MTY. Results SW-13 cell should be cultured in 37℃, CO2-free and alkalescent conditions. They would stick to the cliff in 6 - 8 hours, and after 2 days, they would grow logarithmically. Conclusions SW-13 cell line was a stable and easy to use cell line, and it could be used in extensive areas of research.
