高容量血液滤过治疗严重烧伤全身炎症反应综合征19例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨高容量血液滤过(HVHF)在烧伤全身炎症反应综合征患者治疗中的应用。方法对严重烧伤致全身炎症反应综合征19例患者,在常规烧伤治疗的基础上,行高容量血液滤过,并于治疗前后不同时间点监测体温、心率、血压等生命体征及血氧饱和度,取外周血检测细胞因子。结果HVHF治疗后患者体温、心率、NAP及SaO2改善,外周血TNF-α、IL-6及HL-8浓度下降,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论HVHF能够清除烧伤全身炎症反应综合征患者体内炎症介质,改善预后。
