ERβ和P27在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及临床意义
摘要
目的检测ERB和P27在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达，探讨其与乳腺癌发生、发展的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测86例乳腺浸润性导管癌标本中ERB和P27的表达情况，并根据乳腺癌患者的临床病理学特征进行分析。结果ERB和P27表达与肿瘤直径、TNM分期、组织学分级及淋巴结转移有关，而与患者年龄无关，ERB和P27表达呈正相关。结论ERB、P27及两者之间关系在乳腺癌的发生、发展起重要作用。
