REAL-TIME IMPLEMENTATION OF 16 kb/s LD-CELP ALGORITHM

扼要介绍１６ｋｂ／ｓＬＤ－ＣＥＬＰ语音编码方案和用ＴＭＳ３２０Ｃ３０实时实现的相关技术，包括采用避免除法运算的变形激励码本搜索算法，利用ＴＭＳ３２０Ｃ３０并行指令加快运算速度和均衡运算工作量等项技术。经非正式主观测试和客观测试，表明此实现的重建语音清晰自然，质量较高。

his paper presents that how to implement the LD-CELP algorithm of Recommendation G.728 on a TMS 320 C30,including the alternative method to search through the candidate code vectors and identify the index of the best code vector in order to avoid division operation,the use of parallel instruction to run faster and the method of computational load balancing,etc. From the informal subject test and object test,it is showed that the reconstructed speech sound is clear and natural,achieving a high quality.
