摘要
在强调中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度重要性的基础上,从民主党派的角度探讨加强参政党建设的问题,包括增强政党意识、提高综合素质、培养党外后备代表人物和参政议政途径等几个方面。
In this paper, emphasis is placed on the multi -party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the CCP; exploration is done to find out how to strengthen the construction of democratic parties, ineluding reinforcing awareness of political parties, enhancing comprehensive quality, educating the non - CCP representatives and access to the involvement in government policies.
