On the Roles of Scientific and Technological Archives of the University in Innovations

从高校作为国家创新体系中一个重要的组成部分入手,讨论了高校在科技活动中的人员、经费投入和成果的产出与科技档案的关系,以及科技档案的形成和基本特征,科技档案在科技创新中的主要价值和作用。

Starting from the view that colleges and universities are the important constituents of China＇s innovation system, this paper discusses the following topics： the relationship between scientific and technological archives of the university and its faculty engaged in research, the relationship between financial input and the reciprocal production, the formation and basic features of this kind of archives, and the major values and roles of scientific and technological archives in innovations.
