磷石膏中污染物可溶磷的溶出特性实验研究 被引量:15

摘要 试验研究了磷石膏废渣中污染物可溶磷的淋溶、浸泡特性,考察了淋溶介质、浸泡时间、搅拌时间及浸泡温度等因素对可溶磷释放行为的影响。结果表明,在一系列的实验条件下,磷石膏中可溶磷均能被有效释放出来,说明磷石膏的长期堆放处置可对水环境造成严重的污染威胁。研究结果对磷石膏渣场的设计、环境影响评价及其污染防治有一定的参考价值。 Phosphogypsum is an industrial by- product formed during the wet phosphoric acid process. Based on the testing conditions including leaching media, immersing time, mixing time, and immersing temperature, the leaching properties of soluble phosphorus in phosphogypsum were investigated in detail. The study shows that the soluble phosphorus from phosphogypsum has a very high transferring ability under the conditions above mentioned,and that the long-time disposal of phosphogypsum in sites may lead to serious pollution against environment. The results obtained in this study may provide some valuable information for the phosphogypsum site, such as construction, environmental impacts, and pollution prevention.
