摘要
21世纪是创新的世纪,创新的世纪需要创新的领导人才。只有具有创新意识、创新精神和创新能力的领导者,才能容忍创新、支持创新、鼓励创新、带头创新和推动创新,担负起时代和事业赋予自己的领导责任。本文就培养领导干部的创新能力的重要性,以及探寻领导干部创新能力培养的途径展开论述,力图为领导干部创新能力的培养提供可参考的意见。
21st century is a century of innovation, and a century of innovation needs leading talents with creative capacity. Only those leaders who are aware of the importance of innovation, and have the spirit and capacity of innovation, could they be able to support, promote and get involved in innovation and fully play duty of their leadership. The thesis, on the basis of analyzing the importance of innovative capacity for the leading cadres, discusses the ways to cultivate the innovative capacity, in hope to provide reference for the leading cadres.
